True to the brand's innovative history, Atlas Blackout bearings are not your typical "Built Inn" integrated bearings. Blackout bearings are built to simplify their entire configuration by eliminating the need for bearing spacers and speedrings.

When the shaft nuts are tightened the result is often compression of the bearing inner spacer. This puts stress on your bearings and introduces skew into your setup, to the detriment of the precision that a bearing spacer is intended to provide. The flared spacer built into the Atlas Blackout bearing increases the bearing footprint between the two bearings. This provides additional support and prevents spacer compression, giving Atlas Blackout bearings a more precise ride, higher rolling speed and longer life.

Oil lubricated for maximum speed and Nylon seals for maximum wear life and durability.

Removable rubber caps for easy cleaning and open on the inside for fast and effective lubrication.
