Iqon is breaking the mould in the world of “In Line Downhill” with this new D3cod3 version, a true racing machine with the possibility of mounting different formats.
On this occasion, we have prepared a set of frames, wheels and bearings for a classic assembly with 90mm wheels. Very stable and fun for skidding, also for learning. This, combined with Powerslide's TRINITY anchor, gives us stability and control that cannot be found in any other frame.
The Trinity binding allows us to position ourselves below the standard line of any other skate, placing the foot as close as possible to the 90mm wheels and achieving greater stability than any other 5x90 guide on the market.
With a total guide length longer than the initial DH 350mm, this time we are positioned slightly higher with this 5x90 format, giving us a length of 360mm. This means that by positioning ourselves lower, we offer greater stability and skid control, unlike the notable increase in height with 125mm wheels.
Andreu, who was somewhat reluctant to this concept at first, was noticeably pleased, and these guides are now the improved evolution of Powerslide's first DH 350. Now he hardly ever takes them off and has even been twice world champion at the World Skate Games held in Argentina in 2022.
