Roll-Line Dance – Roller Dance & Artistic Roller Skating Plate
The Roll-Line Dance is a professional high-performance plate specifically designed for Artistic Roller Skating Dance, Style, Free and Pairs. It can also be successfully used for group disciplines such as Quartets, Precision and Show Groups.
Its specialized geometry is designed to provide an outstanding combination of edge precision, maneuverability, stability and responsiveness, making it particularly effective for Dance skating, where precise edge control, directional changes, Clusters and Travelling require a highly specialized plate.
It is an excellent choice for Dance boots such as the EDEA Flamenco Freedom, creating a high-level setup focused on precision, control and responsiveness.
----
SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR DANCE
The geometry of the Roll-Line Dance has been developed specifically around the demands of Dance skating.
Its unique truck inclination provides excellent edge accuracy, while delivering exceptional maneuverability and stability during technical movements such as Clusters and Travelling.
The plate also features a dedicated right and left base design, helping the skater during the push phase and improving the efficiency of the skating movement.
----
CLICK ACTION: PRECISE TRUCK ADJUSTMENT
One of the key features of the Roll-Line Dance is its Click Action system.
This mechanism allows for precise truck adjustment and helps maintain the selected setting even during complex skating exercises.
The result is a more consistent and predictable response, particularly valuable in Dance and Solo Dance, where precise control of pressure and edges is essential.
----
CNC-MACHINED ERGAL AND ALUMINIUM TRUCKS
The plate base is manufactured from a drawn Ergal bar and fully CNC machined, providing a precise and rigid structure designed for efficient power transmission.
The aluminium trucks feature 7 mm steel axles and an adjustable pivot, combining strength, precision and adjustability.
The Roll-Line Dance also uses 13 mm kingpins with an 18° inclination and a traditional setup.
----
ELASTOMER SUSPENSIONS: CUSTOMIZE YOUR RESPONSE
The plate uses Click Action elastomer suspensions, available in five different hardness options.
Suspension hardness directly affects truck response and the overall feel of the skate, allowing the setup to be adapted to the skater's preferences and skating style.
Each plate size is supplied with a specific suspension hardness, while replacement suspension kits can be purchased separately if a different response is required.
----
RIGHT AND LEFT BASES FOR GREATER CONTROL
The Roll-Line Dance uses dedicated right and left plates, a feature designed to optimize the skating movement and assist the athlete during the push phase.
Professional Roll-Line plates also feature a 4° inward brake inclination, providing a more advantageous brake position during toe-push phases and specific technical movements.
----
AMBRA TOE STOP AND TOOL KIT INCLUDED
The Roll-Line Dance comes supplied with an Ambra toe stop and a tool kit, providing the essential components needed for setup and adjustment.
This makes the plate ready to be integrated into a professional Dance skating setup, with the possibility of further fine-tuning the trucks and suspensions according to the skater's needs.
----
COMPATIBLE WITH EDEA FLAMENCO FREEDOM
The Roll-Line Dance is available in sizes from 130 to 190 mm and includes a specific mounting reference chart for EDEA boots.
This makes it a particularly suitable choice for building a high-performance setup with the EDEA Flamenco Freedom, a boot specifically designed for Dance and Roller Dance.
Correct plate sizing is essential to achieve the desired balance between stability, maneuverability and responsiveness. Roll-Line's mounting references should be used as a guide, while the final installation should take the exact boot size and geometry into account.
